You must have your browser configured to accept "cookies". On this

over the word "Tip" (there will be a green circle next to it). If you click
on the word "Tip", you will see this instruction manual.
-
If you want to create your own report by selecting data items for a selected
USD(s) and school year, click on "START BUILDING YOUR CUSTOM REPORT". If you
want to view a report for all USD's that we have already generated, click on
"OR ACCESS STANDARD REPORTS" (see Figure 1).

Step 6: Budget Data

Figure 7.
Step 8: Display the Report
-
Once the program displays your report, you have several options (see Figure 8):
-
You can click on a column heading to sort the report in ascending order by that
column. If you click on the same column again, the program will sort the report in
descending order by that column.
-
You can click on the "Export to Excel" button to display or save the report as
an Excel spreadsheet. When you click on this button, a prompt will appear that asks
you if you want to open the Excel spreadsheet or save the spreadsheet on your computer.
If you click on "Open", the program will display the Excel spreadsheet in your browser.
If you click on "Save", a prompt will appear that asks you to enter a filename and
select the location where you want to save the file. If you want to manipulate the data
using Excel, then you should click on "Save" instead of "Open".
-
You can click on the "Rotate Report" button to "rotate" the report so that the
columns that were displayed in the original report now become rows, and the
rows are now columns. If you click on "Rotate Report" again, the program will
"rotate" the report again so that it’s displayed in its original format.
Example: Click on "Total Mill Levy", then click on it again. Click on the "Rotate Report"
button, then click on it again.
